Q. How much is it to rent this villa for one week?
A. Rent is $3500, this is for one week. The full rate for this villa if you were to reserve directly from Westin is over $1200/night. So this is a great value, and is nearly 60% off the full rate.

Q. What dates are available?
A. This villa is available for rent from Saturday 4/24/10 to 5/1/10 only.

Q. Are the dates flexible?
A. Unfortunately, no. This villa has been rented for 2009, and is only available for this week only in 2010, and can't be broken up. We can only rent by the entire week.

Q. What if I am staying longer than one week, but still want to rent your property?
A. You can call the Westin and see what is available before and/or after this week. You'll likely be in a different unit and building and would have to move once you check in to this villa. Also, you can look around the internet and see if other owners are renting their villa out either the week before or after. You may pay a little more, as we're confident our price will beat just about anyone.

Q. What deposit is required to hold the reservation?
A. 100% of the payment ($3500) is due to place your reservation. Once that is received, I will contact the Westin to transfer the current reservation into your name.

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. Check, money order, or we can accept credit cards through Paypal.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We will refund 50% of the payment if cancellation is received in writing prior to February 1, 2009. Cancellations after February 1, 2009 but prior to April 1, 2009 will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations after April 1, 2009 will not receive a refund. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance for your trip.

Q. What is the easiest way to get to the Westin St. John Resort from the airport?
A. The most convenient way is to use the Westin Taxi. For roughly $80 per person (please verify price with Westin) the Westin will check you into your villa at their airport kiosk, load your bags in a taxi and take you to a harbor and then take your directly to the resort via ferry. Once your arrive, they will take you and your bags straight to your villa. The fee includes round-trip back to the airport, as well as all trips to St. Thomas during your stay. It is the easiest way to get to and from the airport and St. Thomas. Please call ahead to the Westin to make reservations.

Q. Does the villa have internet access?
A. Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi available in the villa.
